Drink green tea keep you trim
No doubt, exercise is the best way to melt the flab. But, a new study says that even sipping three cups of green tea a day could help one stay trim.An international team has carried out the study and found that drinking three cups of green tea daily could help one shed that extra pound even while eating junk food, the 'Daily Mail' reported.
According to the researchers, green tea stops fat cells from releasing inflammatory chemicals which attract more fat causing them to grow in size.Moreover, it also cuts high blood pressure levels and makes it easier for the body.
"If someone had told me you could do all these things with something as simple as green tea with olive extract, I would said they'd been out in the sun too long. It is simply amazing," lead researcher Dr Lindsay Brown said.
